How we go about creating your sporting tour package...
- To set up a tour package we need a Club or association you represent
- Contact for the group, email and contact number
- What sport you group plays
- How many will be in your group (adults and children (age group))
- Destination (international or interstate)
- Departure and Return Dates
- Preferred style of accommodation - eg: cabin, motel, hotel, hostel, or star rated, etc
- What event are you attending?
- Do you need MPM to arrange games
- Any food allergies in you group
Once we have these detail MPM will start the booking procedure, contacting accommodation places in the local area of your destination and look for the best value for money accommodation, compare airfares across airlines looking for the best options and conditions for group travel at the time. When we have these confirmed we will send you a quote which is valid for 7 days and ask for a 10% deposit to secure the tour.

You tell us what your requirements are with regard to food allergies/sensitivities are and we will ensure that these are properly cater for during you trip.

We can arrange Cabin, Motel, Hotel or Hostel, any accommodation you require, depending on your needs and budget.
We’ll create a package that fits your budget while keeping in mind that comfort services, eating right are important, especially for young sporting teams.
We can arrange a payment scheme that suits you.
Full payment must be made no later than 30 day prior to departure.
What we ask from you...
For international tours we will require a minimum of 2 months notice prior to departure.
Within Australia a minimum of 6 week notice.
This gives us the best chance to get the best airfare possible
